Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Fosdick Fulfillment Corporation , a leader in fulfillment services, has a full time Cycle Counter position available in our Wallingford, CT facility. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm starting at $16.50/hour
This position is responsible for counting of client merchandise and packaging in the warehouse and production locations. The general purpose of this position is to assure that the inventory records of merchandise and packaging within the facility are accounted for and any discrepancies are reconciled.
