Order Fulfillment Manager manages the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Manager implements scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Manager monitors inventories utilizing systematic procedures to maintain appropriate levels of products. The Fulfillment Associateperforms a variety of functions that will include but are not limited to packing and shipping orders. The associate will be managing, organizing, and retrieving stock, overseeing inventory, and storing products in the warehouse. The fulfillment associate is also going to need to be able to separate freight and do basic warehouse work.
