Organizational Development Specialist analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, team work, business or operating procedures, reporting relationships and work processes to design efficient methods of accomplishing work. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being an Organizational Development Specialist has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Organizational Development Specialist works under immediate supervision.   • Role and Responsibilities

    Collaboratively plan and coordinate strategies and engagements that target organizational and unit-level challenges and priorities. Participate in Institute wide program design, organizational/ and cultural change efforts. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Organization and unit management, faculty and staff, and other members of the Consulting team. This position typically will advise and counsel: Organization and unit management, including managers and staff.

    This position will supervise: N/A.

    Job Duties:

    1. Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to identify, define, and create solutions.

    2. Support the development of implementation, change management, and communication plans for recommendations provided challenges and priorities.

    3. Support the development of project documentation such as project scope agreements, status reports, assessment tools (such as surveys or interview guides), assessment reports, improvement roadmaps, and other documents to assist senior consultants and other members of project teams.

    4. Coordinate the documentation, tracking and communication of project tasks and progress through an online project management tool and status reporting mechanisms.

    5. Assist in defining, tracking, and communicating value and impact of projects through case study development.

    6. Perform benchmark and value analysis.

    7. Lead small-scale or elements of larger unit and/or Institute level projects, as instructed.

    8. Collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to isolate and resolve organizational challenges.

    9. Support the implementation of projects, surveys, programs, and other change initiatives for the organization and/or assigned units.

    10. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract

    Pay: $60,959.00 - $68,160.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
