Workforce Development, Inc. is looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Outreach Specialist to join our Freeborn/Mower county team. Workforce Development, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and advancing the workforce of SE MN. The right candidate will make a difference in people’s lives daily by connecting with customers, community organizations, and employers to provide outreach, information, access to programs and resources, and assistance with workforce needs.
We will rely on this person to have experience speaking to and working with individuals, small and large groups to provide information about available programs and resources; assisting employers in meeting their workforce needs; working with culturally diverse populations; utilizing technology and computer skills in managing support databases, communication tools, and Windows/MS Office. Knowledge of area resources and bilingual skills are appreciated.
This position will cover all of Freeborn and Mower counties.
