Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerk. The Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and assisting with event planning. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience in a medical receptionist or medical office setting is desirable but not required
