Job Description:

We are looking for someone who has consistent customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• First and foremost, provide EXCELLENT customer service to our patients.
• Assist customers onsite with OTC and DME items
• Effectively navigate patient calls regarding OTC/DME items
• Check in and monitor daily Rx and OTC orders received
• Place wholesaler and specialty orders for pharmacy, OTC and DME items as needed
• Monitor inventory levels of vials, pharmacy bags, pharmacy labels, toner cartridges and other office supplies and reorder when needed
• Help keep the OTC area clean and organized
• Ensure OTC shelves are stocked and free of expired items
• Ensure the OTC items stocked are selling and explore new items the pharmacy can add to better serve our patient's needs
• Assist with orthotic shoe fittings
• Process expired medicine returns
• Keep rental logs and files up-to-date
• Process initial and ongoing payments for rentals
• Inspect rental items upon return
• Complete minor repairs to rental equipment and outsource when needed
• Assemble DME equipment
• Other OTC/DME related duties as needed
