About Us:
Novus Behavioral Health is a leading provider of outpatient mental health services in Clarksville, TN. We specialize in innovative treatments such as ketamine infusions and Spravato (esketamine) therapy, alongside comprehensive psychiatric care for our diverse patient population. We are looking for a registered nurses to help support our current team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with ketamine infusion therapies and Spravato treatments under provider supervision (training will be provided)
• Conduct patient assessments, including pre-treatment screenings and ongoing monitoring during procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Document treatment outcomes and observations accurately in medical records
• Assist with other administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, phone triage, and maintaining treatment rooms

Qualifications:

• RN license in TN or compact state
• Experience in Acute care
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
