The Operating Room and Ambulatory Surgery RN Director will be based out of this 200 bed hospital that received the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval and has been recognized for its stellar care in oncology and cardiac services.

The Surgical Services department features 7 Operating Rooms and Outpatient Surgical suites. This active department performs comprehensive procedures including Robotics, ENT, Gynecology, and General Surgery. The Nurse Director of Surgery will oversee Inpatient and Outpatient units and a strong team of 20 FTEs.

The Operating Room and Ambulatory Surgery RN Director is responsible for shaping the long-term strategy of the service line and implementing process improvement initiatives to achieve departmental goals. The ideal candidate is Masters-prepared, is a strong staff mentor, and has both inpatient and outpatient surgical management experience.
