This is your opportunity to Join the Team!! We are looking to expand our family of Registered Nurses (RN) in our Pre/Post/PACU department with a full time position. This position will provide outpatient care, including critical care, for patients of all age ranges (including pediatrics). This position would work 4 - 10 hour shifts per week from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Our Registered Nurses set up, operate, and/or monitor the use of various medical equipment and instrumentation for monitoring and assessing patient condition throughout stay.
• Our RNs perform and record the orders of physicians including the administration of medications.
• Our Registered Nurses assist in the transportation and positioning of patients for surgery.
• Our RNs maintain accurate and complete patient records and nurses notes through clear documentation.
• Our Registered Nurses rotate through admit/discharge and PACU (critical care) responsibilities.
• Our nurses maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Our nurses provide instruction, information and counseling to patients and their families before discharge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse License in the State of Indiana required.
• Two Years’ experience in the Pre-Post-PACU; preferably in an outpatient environment.
• One year minimum Critical Care experience required.

Ability to pass and maintain BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
