Reporting to the DirectorPerioperative Services, the Nurse Manager Ambulatory Surgery will oversee all clinical and administrative operations of themulti-specialty outpatient surgical center which houses 5 pre-op bays, 4ORs, and 20 post-op bays. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care within the ASC setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and administrative staff, to achieve optimal outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance. Other responsibilities include providing direction and training to the nursing staff, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintain a safe and supportive work environment, oversee quality control and infection prevention programs, manage center supplies and inventory, and represent the department in various hospital-wide committees.
