We are looking for a Production Manager to join our growing Production Team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Position Details:

• Responsible for providing direction, support and overseeing all operational processes and procedures, whereby maximizing the profitable utilization of personnel, equipment and materials to produce quality products delivered on time and within cost objectives.
• Assists and works closely with the leadership team and all department managers of GNC Chippewa by providing pertinent and timely information regarding operations.

Expectations:

• Must have at least 10 years of management or supervisory experience, including at least five years of production or related management experience working in a corrugated converting facility.
• Minimum educational preference is a college degree in business management, production control, or equivalent degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to delegate when appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Production management: 10 years (Required)
• Corrugated/Packaging Manufacturing industry: 5 years (Required)
