Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team at a wooden crate manufacturing plant. The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality control.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet production goals
- Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and targets
- Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure machinery is operational
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards

Qualifications
- Experience in a wooden crate manufacturing plant or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic math for inventory tracking and production reports
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
