The Harry Packer Mansion, a historic home located in Jim Thorpe,is seeking a friendly Bar Backwho can deliver excellent customer service.

This position will be responsible for

• Barbacks are responsible of assisting bartenders by providing an environment that is clean and well stocked at all times
• Cut all fruit
• Maintain established bar stock levels by carrying cases of beverages from walk-in coolers to bar
• Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and assist other team members when the opportunity arises
• Clean up after Murder Mystery/Events
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment that follows the Health Department codes at all times
• Availability to include Friday and Saturdays

Candidates Must Have
-RAMP certification or ability to get immediately
- experience in an upscale casual environment a plus
-desire to be part of a team and work well with others
- Friday and Saturday night availability
- knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine preferred
- ability to lift 25 lbs
- reliable transportation
- must be 18 or older

pay is based on experience.

possible hours during the week for private events
