Job Overview
We are seeking Packers/Machine Operators/Pickers to join our team. Packers are responsible for preparing orders for shipment by assembling, packing, and labeling products to ensure timely delivery to customers. Machine Operators are expected to keep machines running at all times at full capacity. Pickers will need to lift up to 70lbs and be accurate in counts. We are a growing company and we have room for growth.

Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and packing based on provided instructions
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders
- Assist in maintaining stock levels in the warehouse
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors for efficient operations

Experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment beneficial
- Knowledge of picking and packing procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
