Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and service.
• Manage and implement individualized care plans for residents, collaborating with nursing staff and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to senior care and assisted living.
• Coordinate medication administration processes and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to ensure quality care.

Experience

• Proven experience in an administrative role within a group home, retirement home, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of senior care practices, including medication administration and care plan management.
• Experience in operations management within the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining compliance standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
