Being a PACS Administrator acts as a liaison between the Radiology department and customers. Maintains positive vendor relationship. Additionally, PACS Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The PACS Administrator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. We are looking for someone to conduct general office administration for two companies: Coffee Enterprises (testing and consulting to the coffee and tea industries) and Dan Cox & Associates (consulting and expert witness for coffee litigations). The role supports management team for daily business operations and communications and would be the administrator for day-to-day business operations including, but not limited to, bookkeeping, banking, payroll and human resources.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Business Finance: Accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), banking, coordinating with company accountants.
2. Human resources: Payroll, employee records, employee benefits, and company handbook.
