Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. A bachelor's degree and five years directly related experience (IS or clinical); or a high school diploma and seven years directly related experience or a Masters' degree and 3 years directly related experience required (IS or clinical).
