Painter - Casino jobs in Lompoc, CA

Santori Woodworking in Lompoc Ca, is looking to grow our team. We are in need of a high-end custom cabinetry painter/mixer/finisher. Successful candidates MUST have at least 3 years’ verifiable experience mixing/matching stains and paint , finishing custom high-end residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork.

Responsibilities
- Mix/match and apply stains, paints, and finishes to cabinets following established processes
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for finishing work
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand finishing requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate and maintain airless paint spraying equipment for efficient finishing

Ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as with other members of the team, to ensure a quality product is produced and have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to follow instructions and good communication skills are a must.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, and stoop and stand on feet for long periods of time.
