Additionally, Paralegal assists attorneys with depositions, interviews, discovery, and investigations. Manages, organizes, and archives documents with software tools and technology. Applies specialized legal terminology appropriately in documents. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Paralegal Certification. Typically reports to an attorney. The Paralegal work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Paralegal typically requires 4 -7 years of related experience. Del.Trust in collaboration with a top New Jersey family law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney. This attorney can be in their Hackensack or Parsippany office.
Our firm is growing and we are looking for a family law attorney to join our team. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations such as navigating prenuptial agreements, attending divorce hearings, alimony/spousal support and child support. The candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence.
