Experienced Paralegal in Business Transactions wanted for part time work.
We are a small law firm located in Eagle, Idaho.

Practice areas include Business Transaction.

We work out of our home office.
Your work location and hours are flexible.

Hours will vary and will likely be 3-6 hours per day.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Preferred Skills:
 Legal Drafting experience is required & is most critical
 Experience editing and filing pleadings
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 Experience with general legal concepts
 Attentive to details & highly organized
