We are seeking a highly organized and versatile assistant with a background in paralegal work, preferably in personal injury. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling a variety of tasks including managing social media accounts, creating posts, doing research, making calls to customers and providers, and performing various administrative duties. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Manage social media accounts including content creation and scheduling.
- Conduct customer and provider outreach through phone calls and emails, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of any issues.
- Assist in legal research, document preparation, and other paralegal tasks as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and organization of files and documents.
- Usage of software such as High Level and Filevine.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with a solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner for effective customer and provider interaction.
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing diverse tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for social media management and administrative tasks.
