Park Naturalist plans, develops, and conducts programs to inform the public of historical, natural, and scientific features concerning national, state, or local parks. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Park Naturalist is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position is split between two schools.
Speech-Language Pathologist—This position is a school-based SLP position split between Reid Park Academy & Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology. The SLP will report directly to the schools and conduct therapy, complete evaluations and screenings, and attend meetings. The SLP will be expected to complete documentation of therapy and diagnostic reports in a timely manner. Prioritizing activities and scheduling services are the responsibility of the SLP.
