We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with retail sales experience who are passionate about delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers

- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the store

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
