Chaz Limited Collision Express, the leading collision repair service organization in Alaska, is seeking a full-time Parts Coordinator to join our Downtown team!

Responsibilities:
- Physically and electronically receive parts, thoroughly examining them for damage and accuracy
- Order, receive, and invoice sublet operations
- Follow up with vendors on revised ETA’s for expected parts, credits, and refunds not yet received, updating the production screen as necessary.
- Communicate with the CSR and Production Manager on the arrival of parts for repairs that are unscheduled
- Establish and maintain relationships with parts and sublet vendors
- Organize parts on storage racks to distribute to technicians
- Store all parts not yet dispatched in a neat and orderly manner
- Correct part descriptions for price-matched parts
- Tag and return for immediate credit for all incorrect, damaged and unused parts
- Maintain inventory of rivets, fasteners, nuts, bolts, and safety and shop supplies
- Assist with parts/sublet errands as necessary
- Participate in daily production meetings
Minimum requirements:
- Valid AK Driver License with minimal moving violations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills using applications such as Alldata, Motors, Mitchell, and various other reference manuals and websites
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum two years of parts department, warehouse, stocking, or similar work preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive parts
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outside for short time periods in cold temperatures
- Ability to stand, sit, lift, bend or work in small places for an extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to don a half mask or respirator
