Parts Coordinator jobs in Nashua, NH

A logistics company located in Londonderry, NH is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be driven, a team player, have a high level of enthusiasm, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to learn quickly. Prior experience is helpful, but not required. All required training will be provided. This position involves working in a warehouse and being responsible for all of the day to day operations related to the warehouse parts and inventory duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound parts through software system daily
• Manage and respond to incoming emails
• Perform cycle counts
• Manage and monitor deadlines
• Assist drivers with questions
• Verify and file completed paperwork
• Provide customers with excellent customer service
• Bill and invoice for parts transactions

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and dependable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Fast Learner
• Must be able to become a certified forklift operator
• Must be able to use a pallet jack
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in stressful fast paced environment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to walk up and down rolling safety ladder

*Offer of employment is contingent on passing of a background and motor vehicle check*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
