Parts Coordinator jobs in Riverside, CA

What you'll do:

• Monitor back order report daily
• Update the maintenance records
• Find out shortage of parts Inventory and make safety parts inventory plan by placing parts order back to factory every two weeks
• Follow up with factory for all parts orders by container or by express, make sure parts are being shipped on time.
• Follow up with parts picker the delivery for existing orders and make sure it will be shipped on time
• Parts order shipping Priority check and make adjustment if necessary
• Other work assigned by the manager

Skills Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Chinese
• Must have related experience
• Be able to work in fast environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
