Responsibilities & Duties
Pastoral Care is responsible for ministering and connecting with all Program Guests to increase spiritual wellness, guiding, reconciling, and coaching, as well as equipping, training, and developing the Pastoral Care volunteers in function and participation. The Pastoral Team serves as models for guests while sharing hope and guidance through the program experience. The Pastoral Team is directly involved with providing quality services to our guests in an environment of Love, Grace, Dignity, and Respect.
