  • Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes while ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop menus, manage kitchen operations, and provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute menus for various dining options, including restaurant, catering, banquets, and dietary department - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Oversee food preparation, ensuring proper cooking techniques and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and menu items - Manage inventory of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste - Monitor kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and productivity - Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Skills: - Extensive knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and culinary trends - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality - Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting - Bartending skills are a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
