Being a Patent Agent must be registered to practice with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Patent Agent typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Patent Agent typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. POSITION PURPOSE: To protect all internal guests and secure and monitor hotel property and assets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Patrols premises on foot to include guestroom floors, meeting space, back of the house areas, public areas, stairwells and parking garage levels 3 and 4. .
2. Writes incident report and nightly shift report.
3. Maintains safety of guests and associates.
4. Assist with the delivery of amenities as requested by guests.
5. Enforces noise ordinance
6. Works with MOD to address situations involving guests and/or associates
7. Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Prior hospitality, guest service and/or security experience preferred.
2. Ability to read/write in English.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
