This position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating hospital-wide business systems to provide all hospital departments with effective charge capture and reimbursement, keeps the facility updated on current healthcare payment trends and reimbursement methodologies, and manages the billing, admitting, collections, and scheduling departments.

Minimum Work Experience:
1. Five years’ experience in hospital business office billing system.
2. Two years’ experience as a manager of a hospital business office.
Minimum Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Organizational Development or related field is required. The incumbent Director in the position on or before April 15, 2017 is grandfathered in terms of education and therefore deemed to have met the requirement.
