• Scheduling surgical consultations and subsequent appointments
• Assist in all surgical bookings
• Manage the surgeon’s surgical schedule
• Working alongside the clinical team during office hours
• Collecting and managing payments
• Maintaining record of all pre admission testing for patients
• Familiarizing yourself with insurance plans and coverage
• Serving as a direct point of contact for patients during their perioperative period

• 1-2 year of sales and/or high level customer service experience
• Medical office experience in the areas of plastic surgery or dermatology preferred but not required
• College degree preferred
