  • JOB SUMMARY:
    Under the supervision of the Director, Patient Experience, completes tracers, coaches and implements
    initiatives that promote a culture of patient centered care emphasizing outstanding service and compassion.
    This position will:


    • Coach employees to maximize the use of customer service tools and programs for enhanced patient
    experience by regular rounding and coaching.
    • Actively participate on patient experience team.
    • Assist with management follow up and communication related to p patient grievances/concerns.
    • Assist in collecting, tracking and analyzing service excellence trends for optimizing service outcomes.
    Communicate hospital wide progress on services and patient relation initiatives to all relevant teams.
    This position uses their knowledge and expertise in patient experience and family centered care to collaborate
    with other hospital based departments, directors and physicians to ensure the organization meets or exceeds
    the required patient experience surveys (HCAHPS).

    MINIMAL ACCEPTABLE JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    Licensure:
    RN License in the State of Indiana.


    Education:
    Completion of a nursing program diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.


    Experience:
    Two years of acute care experience in the healthcare field.
