Register patients for a variety of procedures and appointments, and feel the pride of going above and beyond to help others. In this role, you'll obtain demographic details and insurance information including pre-certifications and authorizations, and ensure proper scheduling. You'll be the calm and reassuring presence patients need as they navigate their hospital experience.
This is a Full Time Monday-Friday position. Shifts varies weekly 8:00am-5:00pm, overtime as needed. May be required to cover for other practices within Queens. Bilingual candidates would be a plus (English Spanish, Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese)
