Under the direction of the Program Director, the Registrar Staff performs a variety of duties to facilitate the scheduling of appointments for patients as well as assisting staff and physicians with administrative duties at the Wound Care Center. The Registrar Staff is accountable for the day to day operations of the front desk making sure the center runs smoothly, via phone messages, faxes to physicians, staff, home health agencies, extended care facilities, etc. The incumbent is responsible for data entry, billing etc. The incumbent in this position will not supervise other employees.
