    Job Summary and Qualifications

    As a Patient Access Registrar you will be responsible for timely and accurate patient registration. You will need to have qualities for detail and accuracy. Our team is amazing, we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role:

    • You will interview patients for all pertinent account information and verifies insurance coverage, ensuring charts are completed and accurate.
    • You will verify all insurance and obtain precertification/authorization.
    • You will calculate and collect patient liable amounts, ensuring that all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments.
    • You will process patient charts according to paperwork flow needs and established productivity standards.
    • You will interview incoming patients, his/her relatives, or other responsible individuals to obtain identifying and biographical information with insurance and financial information.

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Prefer one year of registration experience.
    • Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
    • Knowledge of Anatomy.
    • Effective Communication and Computer Skills.
