Position Description
Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:
- review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimation.
- assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality
- assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic
- assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site
- assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement
- assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training.
