The successful candidate will be a multi-functional point person for external clients and vendors and internal Operations and Accounting teams as it relates to client payment reimbursements.

Responsibilities:

• Multi-functional point person for external clients and vendors and internal Operations and Accounting teams as it relates to client payment reimbursements with multiple payment methods for Channel Fusion executed marketing programs.
• Aids in administration of financial transactions accurately and following company policies.
• Maintains general knowledge of all programs requiring payments to monitor for errors prior to payments being executed.
• Communicates and builds relationships with clients and vendors as needed to answer questions, solve issues, and ensure timely answers regarding funding and payments.
• Researches and communicates funding and payment questions from Operations team to help solve complex customer issues.
• Meets multiple deadlines for invoices, funding and payments as required by the client contracts.
• Responsible for all returned payments via check and ACH – performs outgoing communication to the customer as necessary for correct information to accounting to resubmit payments.
• Point person for Operations from Accounting team. Works directly with the accounting team to indicate when and what invoices and payments are ready to be executed. Prepares files as needed for payments.
• Maintains ownership and continuously working towards automation and efficient practices while maintaining sufficient controls and assessing and mitigating operational risks.
• Creates, maintains, and executes all records for check and ACH payments, billbacks, escheatment, and annual 1099 processes.
• Generates reports as needed or requested related to payment activities.
• Leads execution of mailing physical checks to be sent in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Associate’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience working in finance-related position.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, ethical standards, payment processing and accounting practices.
• Highly proficient and experienced with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and under direction of managers as needed.
• Communicate with proficiency with written and oral communication skills. Able to interact professionally with other employees, customers and vendors.
• Possess decision-making qualities, adjusts priorities and have a high degree of efficiency in time management skills.
• Provide a high level of service to both external and internal customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to foster a strong working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,688.37 - $46,592.44 per year
