PC Support Manager manages a team that provides personal computer deployment and support, including setup, installation, repairs, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting. Maintains the necessary hardware and software inventory and oversees the administration of required licenses. Implements training programs and develops documentation to support end-users. This job is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) Clerkship program and participating in the creation of the infrastructure for students from Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) to eventually have a regional medical campus (RMC) in partnership with VMFH. Work includes: 1) arranging/monitoring clerkship schedules/rotations; 2) advising on program requirements; 3) facilitating adherence to established program standards and objectives; and 4) fostering and maintaining a supportive community for current students and to inspire/attract future students to the healthcare field.
Responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field and three years of related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position may be substituted for the degree requirement.
