Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential residential customers
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to effectively demonstrate the benefits and features of Gutter Shutter, highlighting its superior performance and long-lasting durability
• Collaborate with potential customers to assess their gutter protection needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value and advantages of the Gutter Shutter product
• Close sales deals in a timely manner and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and fostering loyalty
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position Gutter Shutter in the residential market

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outside sales, ideally within the residential sector or home improvement industry
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $76,050.29 - $91,587.45 per year
