This is a Full Time, Permanent position

Monday – Friday

Responsibilities and Essential Duties: 

• Represents the company through telephone and email contact by answering calls and emails, assisting customers with warranty issues and helping retailers to improve delivery service
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed
• Provides customers, retailers and co-workers with useful feedback and suggested resolutions
• Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
• Maintain office files to ensure they are accurate
• Collaboration and team work is required
• Performs various other job duties as assigned and needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in construction warranty customer service - Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some construction field experience - Highly Recommend
• Excellent Customer service and Communication Skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Self-started and self-motivated - Required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-management
• Attention to details - Required
• Effective planning and organization skills
• Intermediate to Advance skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook - Required
• Excellent listening skills and be able to offer solutions to unique situations and able to think outside the box when needed.
