LOAN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Farmers Bank & Trust is in search of a dedicated Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan submissions to ensure compliance with bank policies and legal requirements and will verify that proper documentation has been received.
Responsibilities and Duties would include:
- Ensure submission of all necessary documentation
- Review an array of documents for accuracy and approval (as necessary)
- Maintain communication with Loan Officers and Credit Assistants from start to finish of the loan origination process
- Update and prepare Board Reports for the Western Kansas Senior Lender/SVP
- Manage the Problem Loan Portfolio by generating and updating reports monthly
- Review all loan documents for accuracy, signatures, and appropriate exceptions/ticklers through Post-Closing
Qualifications would include:
- Two-year college degree; one to three years previous loan administration, general banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
