Personnel Records Clerk performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects. Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems. Being an Personnel Records Clerk assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management. May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes. Additionally, Personnel Records Clerk requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Personnel Records Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Maintenance Technician
3rd Shift 11 : 30pm - 7 : 30am Monday - Friday Weekends OT as needed
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to; mechanical, electrical, welding, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Perform walk-through of the entire plant to check on equipment and check in with operators regarding any problems they might have
- Communicate parts inventory to manager as it is depleted
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
- Perform a variety of plumbing and carpentry functions
