Pest Control Technician jobs in the United States
The Pest Control Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Inspects insects infestations and uses chemical mixes to exterminate. Being a Pest Control Technician relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. In addition, Pest Control Technician works under immediate supervision. We are looking for Pest Control Technicians to join their team! Our well-established Pittsburgh area company has immediate openings available for Service Technicians.
Compensation:
Average compensation is between $45,000-$55,000 per year.

A Must Have:- Must have and maintain a valid PA Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen as well as periodic random checks.
- Inspect the property for evidence of pests and levels of infestations.
- Provide explanations of treatment and answer customer questions.
- This job may require light ladder work, up to 25 feet in height and entering small spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Independent working and time management capabilities
- Safely apply pesticides according to applicable laws and regulations along with documenting services provided.
