You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

    What you'll do...


    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the heavy equipment industry.
    • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough research on potential clients, their needs, and the market to tailor solutions that address their requirements.
    • Present product information, benefits, and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting features that differentiate our offerings from competitors.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials, attend industry trade shows and exhibitions, and participate in marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the Sales Manager.

    What you'll need...


    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the heavy equipment industry.
    • Industry-specific certifications and training courses are advantageous.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role within the heavy equipment industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Solid understanding of heavy equipment products, their applications, and the market.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    Starting Pay: $60,000 Incentive
