Adheres to the Joint Commission standards for Home Care and complies with all regulatory guidelines and procedures. Additionally, Pharmacist - Home Care requires a doctorate degree in pharmacy. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist at KC CARE Health Center in Kansas City, MO. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information to patients and healthcare professionals, monitoring patient drug therapies, and ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
