Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, disciplined, self-motivated and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a hard worker who is eager to grow and learn in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the supervision to assist with pharmacy operations and provide excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Perform medication inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications
- Maintain patient profiles and medication records accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy for patients
- Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medication to patients

- Maintain pharmacy inventory by stocking shelves, rotating stock, and ordering supplies

- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and healthcare providers

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of drug names, dosages, and routes of administration
- Familiarity with Digital RX pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- minimum of one years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Ability to use Digital RX

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
