Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a flair for retail sales. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in jewelry sales or technology sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are advantageous
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
