Contractor Service and Fabrication Inc is seeking a Project Clerk to join our team.

Primary Work Schedule - M-F 7:00-3:30/7:30-4:00

Duties and Functions:

• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
• Set-up jobs and projects
• Assist in arranging Project Controls meetings
  • • Status reviews
    • Forecast meetings
    • Project Kick off / Alignment meetings
• Interface with project management personnel regarding forecast to complete
• Assist in update of Project Manager reports
• Assist in project setup, loading budgets
• Prepare weekly report detailing projects awarded
• Fast paced Work Environment

• Basic Accounting Skill – Accounting Degree NOT Required
• Ability to Analyze/Understand Data
• Comprehension / Communication Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Confident Personality with Team Mentality
• Flexible to Evaluate and Adjust Daily Workplan to Daily Priorities
• Experience in Industrial Construction is a plus
• Experience with Procore Construction Management Software is a plus
• Experience using Computer Ease accounting software is a plus
• Experience with Adobe is a plus

Experience/Education Preferred:

• Previous experience in a construction company preferred
  
• Mid-Level experience with Microsoft Excel; experience with other Microsoft Office products
• Superior attention to detail, ability to multi-task and able to change priorities quickly
• Proven ability to work independently and to handle high volume, fast-paced environment
