Job description:

We are looking for a clerk to manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Cashier responsibilities include conducting pharmacy transactions supporting workflow and engaging with stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using point of sale systems
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Help with patient tracking using technology
• Utilize pharmacy management software to support aspects related to patients' care

Skills

• Work experience in a customer facing role
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
