We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative. We have several shifts available for Nights, Weekends and Days. Starting hourly rate is $13-$15 depending on experience.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service by:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Operating cash registers, lottery machines and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Processing sales transactions and ensure correct pricing of items.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answering customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek resolutions.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.
- Restocking merchandise and keeping shelves well-organized.
- Performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store.

Requirements:

- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- At least 18 years of age.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
